This site is included because it is an example of a quick and easy site - primarily designed to present some basic information on the organization and be a vehicle for posting announcements.

Thus it is all one template, home page included. Plus the template itself contains most of the information - the navigation area (with the menu) on the left and the page title and the critical information about the group are the same on all the pages. This makes it quick and easy to add, subtract, or substitute pages depending on current events. The template accommodates both short or long announcements and still works; communicates and is pleasing visually.

The look and feel, and the color scheme for the site were derived from the regional organization's site, which also made this site quick and easy to put together. We didn't want this site to perfectly match the regional, but we did want it to look like they belong together.

This is still a custom site so there still were setup costs. But not a lot. Sites like this are pretty inexpensive to both create and maintain.
